We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders that include 5 or more different herbs. To qualify, simply add 5 or more distinct herb products to your cart, and the shipping cost will automatically be waived at checkout. This offer is available for all domestic orders within the continental United States.

Please note that the free shipping offer is limited to standard shipping only and is not applicable for expedited or special handling services. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:

To provide flexibility and ensure timely delivery, we reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping carrier for your order. Our shipping partners include reputable carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and other regional or national carriers as deemed appropriate. Our standard processing time is within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. During peak times, such as holidays or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions:

For orders that do not qualify for our free shipping offer, the shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
