Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All herbs are carefully sealed in wax to preserve their quality. We do not accept returns of any items with damaged or broken wax seals unless the product was delivered to you in that condition.
- We do not accept returns on perishable goods, including fresh herbs, or any items that have been opened or used.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Returns@Erbellum.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please include photos if the product was delivered with a damaged wax seal or any other defects. Once your request is received, we will review it and provide you with further instructions, including where to send your return.
Return Approval:
Erbellum reserves the right to approve or deny any return request. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are deemed unfit for return will not be accepted. If your return is denied, we will notify you via email and provide a reason for the decision.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items, including products with damaged wax seals upon delivery). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, including those with broken wax seals. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Returns@Erbellum.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as fresh herbs.
- Items with damaged wax seals unless received in that condition.
- Opened or used items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items.
