Role Overview:
As the Accountant at Erbellum, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Your role will be critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, helping us maintain a stable and prosperous financial footing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
